Sixteenth Century Harness

My current and first project is this sixteenth century harness.  It is constructed of hammer hardened mild steel in a variety of thickness ranging from 14 to 18 gauge.  The harness contains more than 300 individual moving plates and weighs approximately 65lbs.  To date, this suit represents over 800 hours of labor.
